Salary range: CAD $44.85 - $56.02 per hour.

Overview

In accordance with Fraser Health’s Vision, Mission and Values, program mandates and clinical practice guidelines, with an emphasis on recovery and rehabilitation and reducing barriers to re‑enter the system of care, this role supports individuals and families affected by acute/episodic mental illness and substance use disorders. The clinician provides advocacy, supportive counselling, psycho‑education, community resourcing, and care coordination across the care continuum to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely treatment and rapid re‑engagement. The position involves developing programs, educating staff, and providing outreach within the local service area.
