This position is responsible for managing the configuration and maintenance of the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) GIS database and its related mobile applications. This position is a working manager who leads a team of employees and may oversee outside contractors to ensure the successful completion of required work. This position also serves as the functional GIS application expert and manages the input of data from as-builts, record drawings, redlines and other data transfer methods for the utilities (electric, water, wastewater, reclaimed water and chilled water systems).  Position is responsible for data integrity and completeness based on available records.  Responsible for maintaining database for record retention of as-builts, design drawings, record drawings and other drawing type data.
