We are looking for an outstanding MFL German Teacher to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis from August 2026.

Skills

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Have proven experience of teaching MFL German to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
• Have willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice.
• Have a growth mindset, reflective, and solution‑focused.
• Be creative and enthusiastic in teaching.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching.
• Have aspiration to work in a world‑class school with prospects for career enhancement.
• Be willing to make a positive contribution to school community and culture through engagement in extra‑curricular programmes and community events.
