**Role purpose**
The main objective of the position is to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Governance frameworks and operational process across financial controllers organizations. This insurance complies with regulatory standards enhancing operational efficiency and driving operational efficiency.
**Main activities**
- Develop & implement governance frameworks that alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhances.
- Lead cross functional teams to in process mapping analysis and redesign.
- Stablish KIPs to measure the effectiveness of Governance initiatives.
- Facilitate training programmes to improve continuous improvement.
- Support external and internal audit requirements and regulators requests including yearly audits.
