Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities - Operate 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to measure complex, high-precision components
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) on new and modified products
- Collect, process, and register measurement data in quality systems
- Analyse and interpret measurement results and advise engineers on quality improvements
- Identify deviations and contribute to corrective actions and process improvements
- Ensure full documentation and traceability of all inspection results
- Work in a controlled measurement room and/or cleanroom environment
Experience & Qualifications - Hands-on CMM operating experience (Calypso, Camio, PC-DMIS, Polyworks or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- MBO-level qualification or equivalent trade background (toolmaker, fitter & turner advantageous)
