Metal Pre-Treatment Technician (SPS Area)

As a Metal Pre-Treatment Technician, you will

• Key member of the organization COSP as SPS technician.
• Particularly focused on Metal Pretreatment process & product.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Main achievements:
  
  

Knowledge of pre-treatment processes (degreasing, phosphating, pickling, rinsing passivation)

• Deliverables:
• ability to manage bath products & process parameters (titrations,pH,conductivity).
• Familiarity with chemical dosing.
• Ability to read technical documentation and process specifications.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Ability to make training customers.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Availability to travel, make business trips across multiple geographical Italy areas including occasional overtime.
