**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher / Fabricator to support the production of custom industrial and commercial equipment. This role involves fabricating, preparing, and finishing metal components to meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fabricate and assemble metal components using basic shop equipment and hand tools.
+ Grind, sand, deburr, and polish finished parts to meet required surface finish standards.
