**Role Overview: Metal Fabrication Operator (2nd Shift)**

We are seeking an experienced **Metal Fabrication Operator** for a temp-to-hire opportunity (eligible for permanent hire at 90 days). Training takes place on 1st shift (7 AM – 3 PM) for 2–4 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift, which includes a **$1.75/hr shift differential** .

**Key Qualifications**


+ **Education & Experience:** HS diploma /GED required and 3+ years in a production environment (smaller plant experience preferred); experience with seal products is a plus.
+ **Fabrication Skills:** Strong background in press operation/setup, die forming, roll forming, and welding strongly desired.
+ **Technical Skills:** Ability to read blueprints/job instructions and use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
