This is not a role for someone with years of experience. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, and an obsession with performance marketing. If you can think strategically, learn quickly, and structure campaigns intelligently, we can teach you the rest.

What You'll DoCampaign Strategy & Structure

• Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Create clean, scalable campaign structures based on objectives, audiences, and funnel stages.
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
• Design audience segmentation and retargeting frameworks.
• Structure campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness.
