Job Details

Responsibilities:

+ Ensures timely, secure, and accurate delivery of mail and packages across all hospital units and departments

+ Supports frontline healthcare staff through reliable logistics and excellent customer service

+ Organizes incoming mail, memos, and packages by department, unit or floor

+ Navigates designated hospital routes to deliver mail directly to nursing units, offices, and clinics

+ Gathers outgoing and interoffice mail from units during scheduled rounds

+ Logs high-priority, overnight, or confidential deliveries requiring signatures

+ Picks up and delivers medical records as needed
