logistics coordination . Youll play a critical role in ensuring that merchants are fully set up, trained, and operational, providing a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
What you'll do...
On-Site Merchant Support & Training
Conduct on-site visits to merchant locations for onboarding, training, and support. Provide in-person training on systems, devices, and tools to ensure merchants are confident using our platform. Troubleshoot technical or operational issues on-site, including device setup, network/configuration problems, or user errors.
Hardware Deployment & Setup
