Work with Trade Marketing & Operating Office teams to deliver an ambitious roll-out plan and ensure each project meets the commercial requirements of each marketWork with 360 teams to keep in-store concepts up to date, ensuring alignment with Brand strategy (including in-store initiatives such as art of wrapping, customization services, MUP services, …)Work with highly demanding Fashion Houses and designers to translate the Brand vision into in-store concepts, defining the consumer journey and fixtures catalogue while balancing local commercial needs and FH requirementsLead collaboration with design agencies and suppliers from creative brief to prototyping and productionSupport local markets in the design of new beauty boutiques/counters/fixtures, ensuring compliance with guidelines and FH high-quality standards: from design, to technical drawing validation, to supplier v...
