Pay Range

$60,000 - $90,000 (base salary only). In addition total rewards may include semi-annual bonuses tied to business performance; Deferred Profit‑Sharing Program; comprehensive paid benefits; 15% discount on Home Depot stock purchases; merit‑based salary increases.

Position Overview

The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design and development of training solutions to meet the developmental objectives within merchandising. This includes creating self‑paced training guides, presentations, job aids/performance support tools, reference materials and tailored, role‑based onboarding plans.

The Instructional Designer must be a master storyteller, possessing advanced PowerPoint and graphic design capabilities to translate strategies into visually compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
