Job Description

• Collaborate with project teams to estimate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources required for construction projects
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project-related financial transactions, change orders, and cost-related documents.
• Conduct research on inflation, exchange rate, and surcharges when necessary

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field, with good academic standing
• Possession of or progress toward a relevant certification is a plus, specifically MEP Engineering
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying or cost estimation for small to medium-scale residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and/or corporate projects (e.g. offices, etc.). Fresh graduat...
