ResponsibilitiesThe MEP Superintendent will coordinate all MEP field operations for one of our large scale, fast track projects with a commitment to quality and safe construction processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Day-to-day onsite field supervision of MEP construction activities, third party vendors, and contractors. Maintain project schedule and proactively manage the project budget by owning approvals and deliveries, controlling expenses, and reviewing submittal data.Evaluate MEP related change orders, change estimates and corresponding logs.Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
