Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural teams
• Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Prepare and review MEP method statements and work procedures
• Coordinate material procurement schedules with project timelines
• Raise and manage RFIs – Requests for Information – with consultants
• Verify site measurements and ensure proper setting out of services
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP installations
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools
• Supervise on‑site installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives
