Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as‑built drawings for infrastructure MEP systems.
• Develop layouts for irrigation networks, pipelines, valve chambers, pump rooms, etc.
• Stormwater and drainage systems.
• Sewerage and potable water networks.
• Street lighting, landscape lighting layouts, networks, and ducting layouts.
• Coordinate with civil, landscape, and utility teams to resolve clashes and ensure proper routing of services.
• Modify drawings based on site conditions, engineering instructions, and consultant comments.
• Ensure compliance with local authority standards such as Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and RTA.
• Prepare profiles, cross‑sections, and details for utility corridors and service trenches.
• Assist in material take‑offs and quantity calculations from drawings.
