We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Teaching Assistant (TA) to start in September in a lovely Alternative Provision primary school in Swindon. The pupils in the school all have SEMH needs and have struggled with mainstream schooling. This school takes a creative approach to the curriculum with a strong emphasis on active and outdoor learning. Many of the students have become disengaged with their learning, so the priority of teachers and support staff is to motivate and inspire pupils to try their best in school by making learning fun and engaging, working with the individual needs and interests of the students.
