We are looking for someone to join our Mental Health Practitioner team at Brownlow Health.The successful applicants will join our two existing Mental Healthpractitioners, and a supporting multidisciplinary team to offer help andsupport to patients presenting with mental health difficulties within PrimaryCare. The role will manage patients from initial assessment to diagnosis andtreatment, including actively signposting to external resource and psychosocialsupport as needed. Care will be delivered both acutely and routinely, via arange of consultation modalities.
