MEMS Development Engineer II

Position Overview

Job Summary

Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best silicon Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a MEMS Development Engineer II, you will use your technical and creative problem-solving skills to develop MEMS technology and resonators for SiTime’s next-generation timing products. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Characterize electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance of MEMS resonators
  • Extend and enhance automated infrastructure for MEMS characterization
  • Participate in MEMS resonator design and development
  • Interface with local and overseas vendors
  • Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging
  • Drive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed
