Job Title: Call Center Rep - Member Services Representative
Hours: M-F 9a-5:30p EST for training, then Mon-Sun 11a – 10pm EST availability*
Start date: 07/13/2026
Must haves:


+ Must have high school diploma

+ Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and patient manner

+ 2-3 years of call center experience

+ No jumpy tenures

+ No time off in the first 90 days (07/13/2026 – 10/13/2026)

+ **Must be available to work all 7 days after the 3 month training + nesting period between the hours of 11a-10pm EST – no shift bidding, you get what shift you are assigned.
