About the Role
We are seeking Member Service Representatives to support a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. In this role, you will assist members with consumer loan inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional customer service in a structured, performance-driven setting.
You’ll handle back-to-back calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide accurate, compliant support to ensure a positive member experience.

Monday – Friday

Candidates must be available to work either Sunday–Friday OR Monday–Saturday, with one fixed day off and one rotating day.
