This role is critical in ensuring our members receive accurate advice, excellent service, and a clear understanding of their healthcare benefits.
Member Advisory & Engagement
Demonstrate a strong understanding of employee benefits, including medical schemes, wellness programmes, and expatriation health benefits
Conduct detailed analyses of members’ healthcare needs and provide appropriate advice
Record all advice on the CRM system and provide members with records of advice
Educate members on benefits, exclusions, and administrative processes
Advise exiting employees on available healthcare options and refer them to authorised financial planners where required
