Parlor Social Club in Colombia is looking for a Member Communications Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our members. This role involves responding to member inquiries, following up on issues, and communicating in a warm, professional manner.

The ideal candidate must have excellent written English and experience in customer service or hospitality. Working hours are during EST, and familiarity with tools like Slack and Trello is preferred. Compensation ranges between $1,500–$2,000 per month based on experience.
