Richemont is seeking a Regional Retail Trainer & Coach in Dubai to develop the capabilities of Cartier’s boutique teams across the MEIAT region. The role focuses on impactful learning experiences and coaching programs that enhance client interaction and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail training, be fluent in Arabic and English, and possess strong facilitation skills to effectively implement training initiatives. Travel across the MEIAT region is expected.
