Medication Aide                                                           Position Summary:

•   Provide medications and treatments to residents while upholding service standards, philosophy and mission.   Position Responsibilities – Service Administrator medication and treatments in a timely manner and per physician orders Reorder medication as needed to ensure that medication are available when needed Reports to medication aide relieving you Count narcotics at beginning and end of shift.  Report any discrepancy to Administrator.


• Remain on duty until relieved by another medication aide Transcribe physicians order to MARS when received and fax to pharmacy.
