This role plays a critical part in improving medication access, affordability, and adherence for our patients while supporting quality initiatives tied to** **HEDIS and Medicare Part D Star measures** **.**

**The ideal candidate is a** **Certified Pharmacy Technician with 5–7 years of experience** **and proven exposure to** **HEDIS and Part D Stars management** **, particularly in a population health or managed care environment.**
