Manages laboratory operations, supervises staff, and ensures accurate testing and validity. Reviews lab reports, maintain equipment, develops and implements protocols, and adheres to safety and regulatory standards. Trains and mentors staff, providing technical support, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing and directing workflow within budgetary goals.

Education: Essential: Bachelor

Experience: Essential: Two Years
