We are searching for a Part-time Customer Service Rep with Medical Assistant & Medical Scheduling skills to work in our clinic. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.
Essential Functions:
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
- Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
- Schedule patients for yearly wellness exams.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Call on campaigns to schedule.
- Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
- Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
- Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
- Update patient records.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations.
Education and Experience:
