Medical Records Rep II - TGH Imaging Medical Records, Carrollwood-(260001Y0)

Description

This position is responsible for maintaining patient records and responding to all requests for medical records. This role is responsible for retrieving, requesting, and sending images and links from the PACS system as requested. May also participate in resolving report delivery issues. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timely release of medical documentation while supporting patients, providers, and internal teams. This role may also float to other sites as a Medical Records Rep II.

Essential Functions

·Prepare records for patient pickup or delivery to physician offices

·Respond to incoming calls and medical record requests

·Responsible for training and guiding medical records level 1 team members.
