Position Overview
This role provides both clinical and administrative support in an outpatient setting and is covering a leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities

+ Greet and check in patients for scheduled visits

+ Verify patient identity and update information in EMR (Epic)

+ Maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety standards

+ Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, glucose)

+ Assist providers with patient flow and basic clinical tasks

+ Provide instructions for tests and specimen collection

+ Perform general administrative and clerical duties

+ Support inventory management of medical and office supplies
