We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team in providing leadership and management of the Client and Specimen Management section. You will:
- Lead a team of about 40 laboratory staff on handling of client enquiries and specimen management
- Conduct detailed investigations on client and specimen management issues
- Participate actively in quality assurance and management
- Assist in establishing, implementing and updating policies and procedures and other related duties as requested or directed
- Assist in staff training and competency assessment for continuous professional development
- Work closely with management team to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
