**Job Description:**
Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling. Shift start times vary, with day shift hours beginning between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., and evening shift start times between 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Medical Laboratory Assistant is responsible for performing tasks to support pre-analytical and post-analytical functions within Essentia Health Laboratories. The MLA will promote patient safety while performing specimen collection and processing. This position will also perform waived lab testing following standards of accreditation agencies and state licensure requirements.
