Description
- Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to detail
- Understands and applies knowledge of basic patient transport, infection control, and proper safety
- Understands and is able to determine, explain, and develop dispatcher logic
- Functions as a liaison between Patient transport and other departments
- Assigns, collects, monitors daily sign in/out procedures
- They would basically be taking all calls where they then direct the EVS and Materials individuals.
- Small office space with about 2-3 other individuals, own desk space, answering high volume calls, and directing to necessary departments!
- They would be using computers and the phone system, nothing too complicated, but utilizing that and giving direction.
