About the Role

As a Medical Assistant in Internal Medicine at Quincy Medical Group, you will play a key role in supporting two providers as they deliver comprehensive care to adult patients. You will assist with patient visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and care coordination while helping ensure an efficient clinic workflow and exceptional patient experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The position supports two Internal Medicine providers. Hours may vary based on provider and departmental needs. No weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, or on-call requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs, medical histories, medication information, and visit details.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and office-based procedures.
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, medication refills, prior authorizations, and follow-up appointments.
