Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.


• Must attend Mercy MA Clinic Academy training within 30 days of hire.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Works well as a member of a team; willing to collaborate with all members of the care team.
