We are seeking an experienced
Mechanical Superintendent
to lead and support our Yard and Operations teams through proactive issue resolution, technical advisory, and innovation in equipment maintenance and repair. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and long-term fleet planning through a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Comply with HSEQ guidelines and Keller policies and procedures. Identify and document operational or plant issues develop and submit action plans. Lead root cause analysis and follow-up actions (i.e. maintenance programs, long-term improvement or renewal plans) to reduce equipment downtime. Consult with mechanics for high-cost repairs and explore cost-effective alternatives. Advise on repair strategies and support in service and technical queries related to root cause and outcome reviews. Review and verify that all major repairs are completed correctly.
