Mechanical Site Manager (Building Services) - Data Centre Projects

Due to continued growth, a leading specialist engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to support the delivery of a major, 2‑year data centre project in Birmingham.

This role will focus on the mechanical installation package, including HVAC systems, chilled water systems, pipework, plant rooms, chillers and associated mechanical building services infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site mechanical installation activities from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour & site resources
• Oversee installation of HVAC, chilled water, pipework & mechanical plant systems
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme & to required quality standards
