Mechanical Shift Technician Team Leader - Rotherham

In this role, you’ll take the lead on mechanical maintenance inspections and routine repairs across the site, focusing on static plant and machinery to ensure maximum reliability, safety, and minimal downtime on critical assets. Working within a small, flexible team, you’ll be ready to step beyond core duties when needed, contributing to a proactive and supportive working environment. You’ll uphold SHEQ standards at all times, including reporting close calls and incidents, while actively supporting best practice through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Building strong relationships with the management team and colleagues, you’ll stay aligned with evolving company standards and legislation, all while playing a key role in improving productivity and plant availability.
