You will be working in the Building Services team based in Cambridge, where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people's lives. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sub‑contract and equipment packages for tender pricing ensuring compliance with standards and sustainability frameworks such as BREEAM and LEED, and fire regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to plan, coordinate and oversee the design, installation and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and renewable energy systems.
