**Job Description**

This role focuses on installing, removing, and repairing thermal and acoustical insulation on a wide range of industrial equipment within a large-scale shipbuilding environment. You will work primarily on major marine projects, including support ships and an upcoming polar icebreaker, ensuring high-quality insulation work that meets strict specifications and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Apply, remove, and repair thermal and acoustical insulation, including materials such as calcium silicate, glass foam, mineral wool, fiberglass, armflex, and similar products on industrial equipment such as duct piping, heat exchangers, tanks, and vessels.
+ Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements, material types, and installation methods.
