Review Contractor’s mechanical quality assurance and quality control programs, inspection and test plans, installa tion and testing for all mechanical systems (HVAC Design, Plumbing, and Firefighting) .

Interface with clients and contractor’s staff to determine and verify project requirements .

Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction.

Carry out regular inspection to ensure work carried out is in accordance to approved submittals.
