Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Field Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of all mechanical construction activities on a power plant project site. This role ensures that mechanical systems, equipment, and installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The engineer acts as a technical liaison between construction teams, engineering groups, vendors, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and engineering documents to support field installation activities.
 • Provide technical guidance to construction crews and subcontractors during installation, testing, and commissioning.
