What You’ll Do:

• Lead the estimation process for mechanical projects from concept through completion, reviewing plans, specifications, and scopes of work for accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare detailed cost proposals, including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing, ensuring all estimates align with project budgets and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to gather necessary information and address design changes or field conditions.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and local pricing benchmarks in the GTA area to produce competitive and profitable bids.
