JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work on specific technical projects for the purpose of planning, designing, and developing products, machines and other mechanical improvements to escalator, elevator, and moving walk systems. Support installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment. Coordinate closely with other engineering disciplines in the development and application of designs to improve product quality, efficiency, and reliability. Plan and design individual components, higher level assemblies, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Translate technical guidance received from supervisor into usable engineering data applicable to assignments and large projects.
