You are a P.E. with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of Facilities Maintenance/Management experience (commercial, institutional, and/or residential). You have a deep understanding of property management and safety.
You are already an expert. Robson Forensic will train you to be a forensic expert.
As a Mechanical Engineer - Facilities Management Expert, you will:
Investigate facilities and grounds maintenance and management incidents.
Analyze documents and on-site conditions to determine the facts and issues at hand.
Write clear, scientifically sound reports.
Provide expert testimony.
You will delve into the why behind incidents, critically assessing decision-making, operational procedures, and the standard of care. It is extremely challenging work, but also an intellectually thrilling and rewarding experience. You will:
