Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor

Location: Wincanton, Somerset

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £44,000 per annum + Overtime + Call out package

About the Role

I am seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join my client's team, to be based at a large commercial building in Somerset. In this role, you will primarily oversee a team of 4 maintenance staff who perform maintenance tasks managed via PDA. You will spend 70% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands‑on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary for technical support.
