A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in East Yorkshire due to continued growth and increased demand.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied position where you will be involved in both design engineering and hands‑on production support. You will play a key role in developing structural and mounting solutions whilst working closely with the shop floor and wider engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing structural mounting solutions, brackets, fixings, and integration systems for vehicle‑based products
• Creating manufacturable sheet metal, steel, and aluminium designs using 3D CAD software
• Supporting production teams by resolving assembly and fitment issues on the shop floor
