Job Summary:



The Intermediate Mechanical Assembler will perform a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronics and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.



Job Responsibilities:


+ Install, assemble and inspect electronic components per documented work instructions.

+ Interpret job routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.

+ Demonstrate professionalism, leadership and initiatives on a daily basis.

+ Perform a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards.

+ Perform pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.

+ Use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.

+ Disassemble and re-assemble, modify, rework assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
