ANZCO Foods Limited Eltham are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Level 4 Qualified Meat Inspectors to join our team at our ANZCO Foods Eltham Site at 75 London Steet, Eltham. While this is a Bovine only site, ANZCO welcome applications from Level 4 Ovine qualified Meat Inspectors as additional training would be provided to any suitable applicant. These positions will be full time and the pay rate range will be between $34.00 - $41.65 per hour dependent on experience.

This role is vital to our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality meat products to our customers. The ANZCO employed Company Meat Inspectors will be responsible for carrying out Post Mortem Inspection as per the requirements laid out in the Operational Code – Red Meat Post Mortem Examination, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and supporting quality assurance standards across our facilities and assisting when required in other roles.
